How long does it take for an order to ship?
We know that waiting for an online order to arrive sucks, that's why we do our best to get in stock orders out the door within 24-48 hours of order placement during the week so that it gets to you as soon as possible. At times we may have a higher order volume (after the weekend, sales or events) which may extend our order processing time by a few working business days. Don't worry -- We have not forgotten about your order. We promise to get it to you as soon as possible! If in the future you need your order for a certain event, we recommend reaching out to us prior to order placement at 910-491-2000 to see if it will make it in time or use our VIP Shipping Option at checkout to speed up the processing time!
What does VIP Shipping mean?
When placing an order with VIP shipping this only guarantees that your order will ship out the following business day and that it ships as USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, the order should arrive within 2-5 days, however this is only an estimation provided by USPS.
Can I select Warehouse Pick-Up?
If you are local to (Fayetteville, NC) you have the option of choosing Warehouse Pick-Up at checkout, you will have to pay $6.00 for this but it will be refunded to you once the order has been picked. Our customer service team will email you once the order is ready for pick up at our warehouse which is located at 211 Rankin Street, Fayetteville NC 28301.
I need my order for an event, will it make it?
The best plan of action when shopping for an event is to order the desired items at least 2 weeks prior in order for it to make it to you in time with time to spare. We understand that is not always possible and will work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Please contact us PRIOR to placing an order to ensure we are able to get your order to you by the desired date as once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled. For assistance with this call 910-491-2000 with your order number!
My order says delivered, but I have not received it-- Help!
If for any reason you have an issue with the delivery of your order, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS 1 (800) 344-7779 or UPS 1 (800) 742-5877 depending on how your package was shipped. Have your tracking information ready to get to the agent so they can assist you.
If your package has shipped via USPS and you are having issues, we also recommend reaching out to your local Post Office who delivered your package so they are able to locate your carrier and speak with them directly on the whereabouts of your order. Many times the carrier has left it in a specific location or they know the exact whereabouts of your package!
We understand it can be frustrating when your package is delivered and you are unable to locate it, but please understand this is a matter with the carrier and not with us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit to the final destination. Once an item has left our facility it is in the hands of the designated shipping carrier to deliver it to you safely.
