We Do No Offer REFUNDS.

In order to qualify for a return, all items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells or signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all package slips included with the return. 

Returns must be received within 21 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase) at our warehouse. For returned items past the 21 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 21 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for returned shipping costs. If your order is returned to us, you will incur a $6 reprocessing fee. 

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:  Intimates (Bodysuits, Swim, Bralettes) This is due to sanitary issues. Marked down items (Daily specials, sale section, any item discounted), Jewelry, Edible Items and Beauty Products.


1. Fill out the return form that comes with your order and include in your return package. If you did not receive a return form, include your name, email address (the one used to place the order) and the reason for return.

2. If possible, utilize the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes when packaging them return for shipment.

4. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returned item. A Digital Gift Card will be issued to the email address provided during original order unless otherwise noted in return package.

Defects or Damaged Items

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.

All defects and issues must be notified via email, phone or in store within 3 days of receiving your order for defects and issues.

Any items with a defect or damage found after 3 days is subject to a restocking fee that will be assessed at the time of the return.

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn.

*Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computers/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
