Once mailed back to us, make sure you keep tracking information to ensure it arrives to our facility. Once it does, please allow 10 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email with an E-Gift Card for the amount of purchase (less shipping charges) that never expires and is ready to be used immediately!If the item(s) returned do not qualify for a return or outside the return window, a Customer Care Team Member will reach out VIA email to arrange a ship back or donation - along with reason.
Due to fast selling inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Once your return is processed, you will receive an E-Gift Card where you can purchase the correct size needed and it will ship out as soon as possible!
