RETURN POLICY

Qualifying items may be returned for STORE CREDIT if the item is received by our returns department no later than 30 days after delivery. The delivery date is determined by the mail carriers tracking information. Store credit will be issued through an E-Gift Card that never expires. With hundreds of new styles that arrive weekly, it is easy to find something new to fall in love with.
We do not offer refunds on purchases.

  • Merchandise must be UNWASHED and UNWORN with ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept the return.
  • Merchandise must be free of smells, stains, pet hair, bodily fluid and damages or will be rejected upon arrival.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items past 30 days will not be accepted.

As of April 2020 we no longer accept returns on bodysuits, intimates or swimwear. We accepted returns on these styles in the past and our returns department have received multiple returns with bodily fluids on them that must be discarded immediately. Due to the growing need to keep a clean and sanitary work environment for our team and customers, we no longer accept these items and they are final sale.

When should I expect to receive my e-gift card?

Our return processing time is 2-4 business days from when your return was delivered to us. Depending on the volume of returns we receive, a return may take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be issued an e-gift card the email used at the time of checkout. 

What is your exchange policy?

An exchange is the same process as a return. Please return the item(s) that did not work out for you, once your return has been processed you will be issued an e-gift card. The e-gift card can be used to place a new order for the desired exchange items. Any exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges. 

 I received a damaged/defective item: 

We stand by our products and will always work with our customers to find fair solutions to any issues that may arise. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery. Any inquiries made after 3 days will not be approved. 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment, we only offer store credit for returns. Our customer care team is always willing to help out with any sizing or styling questions you may have. Our e-gift cards never expire and we receive hundreds of new styles on a daily basis making it easy to find a style that works for you! In an effort to create less waste and provide more eco friendly solutions, we no longer provide return forms inside of our packages. If needing to make a return, you can easily print the needed form above and place inside of your return package!

2. Ship with your carrier of choice

3. Enjoy your E-Gift card and snag some new arrivals!

Once mailed back to us, make sure you keep tracking information to ensure it arrives to our facility. Once it does, please allow 10 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email with an E-Gift Card for the amount of purchase (less shipping charges) that never expires and is ready to be used immediately!
If the item(s) returned do not qualify for a return or outside the return window, a Customer Care Team Member will reach out VIA email to arrange a ship back or donation - along with reason.
Due to fast selling inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Once your return is processed, you will receive an E-Gift Card where you can purchase the correct size needed and it will ship out as soon as possible!
