Thank you so much for shopping small this holiday season! If you've been watching your tracking information or stalking your mailman for a package and have not seen an update, you're not the only one! USPS is experiencing a historic record of holiday volume compounded by a temporary employee shortage due to the COVID-19 surge, and capacity challenges with airlifts and trucking for moving this historic volume of mail are leading to temporary delays and/or no updates on tracking until is reaches the final destination.

We know this can be extremely frustrating, especially during this time of year when there are many time sensitive purchases made. We have monitored tracking information from multiple customers whose packages have not updated even though they have left our facility and we have seen a pattern of;

A. Packages delivered at a later than expected timeframe

B. Tracking numbers updating only once it has reached the final destination

Although the delivery timeframe is out of our control, we take this very seriously and are considering other shipping services for future packages to ensure that this does not happen again. We promise to assist you every step of the way in monitoring your package for delivery to ensure it arrives to you!
