HOLIDAY FAQ

Thank you for shopping small this holiday, your order means the world to us! We want to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible and have provided you with a detailed FAQ to assist you with that! 

How long will it take to receive my order? If you placed an order between 11/25 and 11/30 then you can expect your order to be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays as we are not operational on those days)

I placed an order with the Priority Shipping option, will my order ship sooner? Priority Shipping means your order will be processed before all other orders for the day and it will ensure it is dispatched from our warehouse faster. It does not guarantee arrival by a certain timeframe.

I reached out to Customer Service and have not received a response back yet! What can I do? With an increase in orders means an increase in emails also! Not to worry, our staff is working fast to get to your email as soon as possible! Please allow up to 72 business hours (not including weekends or holidays) to get back to you! We recommend you do not reach out multiple times as they respond in the order they are received and multiple emails will push you back to the bottom of the response list! Only reach back out after 72 hours if you have not heard anything. We promise we are not ignoring you, we have just not gotten to your email yet! 

I need to cancel my order placed, what do I need to do? Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders go directly to our warehouse to be processed and dispatched and once the process has begun, we are unable to pull orders out. 

I have the wrong shipping address, how do I change it? Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to modify the shipping address since the order goes directly to our warehouse for processing. Please call our warehouse location for immediate assistance (910) 491 2000 8AM to 4PM EST Monday through Friday.

I placed an order and forgot to use the discount code, what can I do? Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders. Please reach out to our customer service team via email for further assistance and do not place another order. We are unable to cancel orders once placed as they go directly to our warehouse for processing and we may not be able to stop it in time!

I ordered an item that says PRE-ORDER, when will it ship? Pre-order styles ship within the window of time that it states in the title of the product! Example: Brunch Date Mini Dress (Wine) PRE-ORDER Ships End Of November. We are unable to provide each shipment dates for our pre-order styles as they are being created just for us and we may experience delays if there are issues or shipping delays. Once we have received in our pre-order style, we typically announce on our Instagram and yours will be the first to ship out!

I ordered a PRE-ORDER style with in stock styles, when will my order ship? If the pre-order style is set to arrive within the same week, your order will not be split until everything has arrived unless noted on your order that you want them to immediately ship separately. If a pre-order is not set to arrive soon, then your order will be split immediately and shipped separately unless noted you want to keep them together)

What is the return policy for Early Black Friday + Black Friday + SBS + Cyber Monday? All purchases made with discount codes of 30% or more are final sale.
